Telemetry data is data produced by servers, devices, and applications that provides insights into a system’s health and operational status. Telemetry data is an umbrella term incorporating different types of data, including events, traces, and metrics.
NXLog Agent can collect, process, and forward all types of telemetry data using dedicated input, extension, and output modules. For example, the Event Log for Windows input module for collecting Windows events and the OpenTelemetry Exporter and Prometheus output modules for exposing metrics.
