Update organization details

To view your organization’s information, log in to NXLog Platform and navigate to My organization > Organization details. You can modify your organization’s name, contact details, tax number, and the primary contact from this page.

Change the primary contact

You must be the primary contact of the organization to change this setting.

  1. Navigate to My organization > Organization details.

  2. Scroll to the Primary customer contact section.

  3. Click on the dropdown to display all users with the SuperAdmin role and select the new primary contact.

  4. Click Save changes. A confirmation code is sent to your email address.

  5. Enter the code and click Verify.

    Once you confirm, the previous account will retain the SuperAdmin role but will no longer be the designated primary contact.
