What is NetFlow?

NetFlow is a Cisco network protocol designed to collect active network traffic. NetFlow provides information such as the source, destination, and traffic volume. IT administrators use NetFlow data for network monitoring and capacity planning. IT professionals use the NetFlow protocol as a network traffic analyzer to determine the point of origin, destination, volume, and network traffic paths.

In the world of NXLog
