Under the Technical Support Services Agreement, Linux and BSD binary packages may be provided upon request for other operating systems that have reached their end-of-life date, for legacy 32-bit hardware, or for less common distributions (such as Linux Mint).

While the im_odbc input module is included in the Windows Nano Server package, currently Microsoft does not provide a reverse forwarder to support the ODBC API.

NXLog Agent 6.x requires Windows 11 to be running version 22H2 or later (build 22621 or newer).

Intel Itanium 64-bit microprocessors are not supported.

Legacy platforms

Under the Technical Support Services Agreement, NXLog provides premium support for select legacy platforms. Unlike the end-of-life platforms below, these packages are built and tested as part of the release process.

GNU/Linux

Windows 32-bit

The Windows 32-bit package is intended for legacy systems that do not support 64-bit software.

The Windows 32-bit package:

Has a smaller set of available modules compared to the 64-bit package. See modules by operating system for the full list.
Bundles the latest OpenSSL version compatible with each supported operating system, ensuring that TLS 1.2 is supported throughout. CVE coverage for older bundled OpenSSL versions 1.0.2 and 1.1.1 is best-effort only.
Follows an independent release cycle with updates at most twice a year.

End-of-life platforms

The following operating systems have reached the end of life and are no longer supported. However, NXLog Agent is known to work on them.
