How do I sign up and install NXLog Platform?

What is the difference between the Free, Basic, and Premium plans?
The Basic and Premium plans contain features not available in the Free plan. In addition, they support extra features licensed per node or by EPS. See the feature comparison for a complete NXLog Platform feature and plan matrix.
How do I change my organization’s primary contact?
You can change the primary contact by navigating to My Organization > Organization details. See Change the primary contact in the documentation for detailed instructions.
Can I reset the password for a user account?
You can initiate a password reset for a user account from My Organization > Users. You must have the Admin or SuperAdmin role. See Reset a user password in the documentation for detailed instructions.
Can I disable or delete a user account?
Yes, you can disable or completely delete a user account from My organization > Users. You must have the User and Role Management, Admin, or SuperAdmin role. See Deactivate or delete users in the documentation for detailed instructions.
Can I delete my account?
You can delete your user account and all data associated with it from your account information page. See Delete your account in the documentation for detailed instructions.
Why am I experiencing broken links in NXLog Platform?
In some rare situations, links in NXLog Platform might return HTML errors such as Forbidden
or Name Not Resolved
.
The most common reason for this issue is that you are logged in to your NXLog Platform on-premises and cloud instances with different user accounts.
To avoid this issue, ensure that you are logged in to the same user account in both instances.
